So, you are here doing research on hiring a new advertising agency. If you are like most people, you won’t visit the site and make a final decision to hire DRTV Productions, but you could make a decision not to. This is our opportunity to get to the next level or to get scratched off the shopping list. So, what do we want you to know about us in one page or less? There are lots of things that you should know, but let’s start with our philosophy on advertising.

Every advertising agency has an opinion about what makes great advertising. Some agencies are “award winning,” some are “cutting edge,” and some are “outside of the box.” DRTV Productions believe that a great ad will get a great response, and all great ads contain the same three basic elements.

  1. They get your ATTENTION
  2. They give you a BENEFIT to respond
  3. They include a CALL-TO-ACTION

We call it the A-B-Cs: Attention, Benefit, Call-to-Action.

Once you get the basics down, it’s ok to add some options or a little style. Sometimes it’s humor, sometimes it’s sound effects, and sometimes it can be complete silence. No matter how you decide to spice up your ads, if you want people to digest them, you better make sure that they contain the main ingredients!

It doesn’t matter if you are producing television commercials, infomercials, radio advertising, print advertising, direct mail, Search Engine Marketing, or internet content, the A-B-Cs are the key to great creative, and great creative is the key to great results! There is one exception to every rule, and in this case, that exception would be Social Media, and we’ll go into that explanation on this page.

Please take note that we spent most of this page focusing on good creative. We believe you should spend most of your energy on delivering a strong message. If you do, it makes buying media a whole lot easier.
